Synapse Paid Service Terms

These terms govern paid Synapse subscriptions and credit packs provided by TMAI, represented by Minsam Kim.

Paid service

Lite and Pro are recurring subscriptions that provide AI chat, collaborative chat, web search and crawling, code execution and file generation, storage, scheduled tasks, and integrations. Credits meter AI model, speech, and image usage.

Payment and renewal

  • All web payments are charged in Korean won (KRW).
  • Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every 12 months.
  • Cancellation stops the next recurring charge.
  • Only active paid subscribers can purchase one-time credit packs.

Credit use and restrictions

  • Credit-pack use and refund eligibility are limited to one year from payment.
  • Credits cannot be transferred to another user.
  • Credits cannot be redeemed or withdrawn for cash.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to the original payment method under the published Synapse Refund Policy.
